From the Founder’s Heart

Following my academic journey, I made a pivotal decision to transition fully into the field of mental health. In July 2024, I joined Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) as a trainee psychotherapist. Over six transformative months, I delivered nearly 1,000 hours of clinical service, supporting the mental well-being of more than 500 individuals.
With comprehensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sex Therapy, Family Therapy, Couple Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am also equipped with expertise in addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and delivering Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS).
My therapeutic approach is both integrative and client-centered, tailored to meet the unique psychological and relational needs of individuals, couples, and families. Whether supporting clients in navigating emotional regulation, healing from trauma, enhancing intimacy and communication, or building resilience in crisis settings, I apply each modality with clinical precision and cultural sensitivity.
Today, with over two years of hands-on experience, I remain committed to empowering others through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care.
